Role Overview

This is a senior-level data science role where you’ll work on building and integrating AI/ML models into a real product used by organizations worldwide. It’s ideal for experienced professionals who enjoy working with data, designing models, and turning insights into real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

● Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and insights ● Build and train machine learning models (supervised & unsupervised) ● Design features and data pipelines for AI systems ● Develop and maintain datasets for model training and evaluation ● Work with engineers to deploy models into production ● Monitor and improve model performance over time ● Collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve business problems

Qualifications & Requirements

● Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field ● 7+ years of experience in data science or machine learning ● Strong programming skills in Python and SQL ● Experience with statistical analysis and large datasets ● Knowledge of ML systems, pipelines, and deployment ● Good communication and collaboration skills

Must-Have Non-Negotiables

● Strong experience in building and deploying ML models ● Deep understanding of statistical methods and data analysis ● Experience working with production-level data systems ● Ability to solve complex problems independently ● Strong ownership and execution mindset

Nice-to-Have Skills & Bonus Qualifications

● Experience with LLMs, embeddings, or AI systems ● Knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management ● Experience with data platforms and distributed systems ● Exposure to HR tech or behavioral data analysis
